It is important that you read this Privacy Notice as it provides you information about the data we collect from you, what we do with your data and how we look after and store your data. GET AFTER IT Limited (Ltd) (we/us/our) are a company dedicated to providing a range of fitness and well-being services to the general public and to organisations. GET AFTER IT Ltd is the data controller and is responsible for any personal data collected used and stored. Our policy is to collect only the minimum amount of personal data that is needed from our customers/prospective customers in order to provide our services or provide the information requested about our services. We are committed to protecting the data we collect. The services we provide are for adults only and we do not intend to collect any data from children.
What data we collect
The data we collect consists of some or all of the following; Names, Email Addresses, Postal Addresses, Phone Numbers. Prior to providing our services we will collect certain health/medical data to help ensure that our services can be carried out safely for you. We do not collect any personal financial information, e.g. bank account details. We do use a 3rd party to enable financial transactions on our website (Nationwide/PayPal) Please note we do not control the data or data policies of any external party that you click through to via our website. Please read any third parties Privacy Notice/Policy. We do not use Cookies. We do not provide your data to any 3rd parties. We do ensure your data is kept confidentially and securely. You must complete a health questionnaire to attend any fitness classes, mindfulness and meditation classes and/or well-being events with Abby Nash of GET AFTER IT prior to attending your first class/event and/or accessing your first recording.

How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data no longer than is absolutely necessary to fulfil our services or deal with your enquiry. We may need to keep some of your data for longer to satisfy certain legal and accounting requirements.
Collecting and keeping your data secure and confidential
We take our responsibilities seriously regarding the collecting of personal data and take reasonable steps to protect the data you provide. GET AFTER IT collect data from you either via email, over the phone, via our website’s booking/enquiry facilities or via a physical paper form prior to providing our services. GET AFTER IT is a small company who do not use computer servers or internal IT networks. Data provided electronically or over the phone will be held on a password protected computer whilst in use and then subsequently the data will be stored on an external memory storage device, which is kept in a locked cabinet at our registered office. Data provided in paper form will be placed in the same locked cabinet referred to above as quickly as practical after it’s use whilst preparing for and providing our services. We cannot guarantee that data collected and/or transmitted via the Internet using our website, via email or over the phone is totally secure. Therefore the information you provide to us is done so at your own risk and we will not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of a breach of data security.
We have a process in place to identify any data breach and will inform you and the regulator of any such breach as soon as is reasonably possible after such a breach.

Online &/or In-person Outdoor/Beach Fitness Classes/Programmes Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions of participating in our fitness classes/programmes
GET AFTER IT Ltd have taken all reasonable steps to provide you with the level of care and assurances of safety appropriate to the programme. However, you should be aware that certain inherent risks remain which are integral to the activity. Amongst other things, some of these risks can contribute to: accidental injury, illness, or trauma; the loss of, or damage to, personal clothing or equipment; feelings of discomfort, fear and/or apprehension.
The level of real (as opposed to apparent) risk associated with the activities of GET AFTER IT Ltd is low. However, the type of risks may be something with which you are not familiar. Things you may encounter include, but may not be limited to:
Rough or rugged terrain This may, for example, include a sandy/rocky shoreline. If you are used only to footpaths, tarmac surfaces and gentle inclines, this may come as a bit of a surprise by putting greater strain on joints and muscles than you are used to.
Physical effort All of our activities involve a degree of physical effort that at times may be more than you are used to. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, past/present, please disclose these to the Instructor before the start of your activity (see Medical Conditions below).
Water activities All normal and appropriate precautions should be taken by each individual, including the use of personal, protective equipment (such as wetsuits, booties and gloves, especially during winter) when appropriate. Each individual is responsible for providing their own gear.
Environmental risks and hazards These may include such factors as heavy rain, gales or rock-fall, although the more common would be rapid and significant changes in the weather, or unstable or slippery conditions underfoot.
Slips and trips You should be aware that the likelihood of falling/slipping may be greater than you are used to.
No guarantee is given or implied and by continuing I agree to receive online &/or in-person outdoor/beach fitness sessions at GET AFTER IT Ltd.
Medical conditions It is your responsibility to advise GET AFTER IT Ltd of any health condition that might affect you during each class offered.
You must do so at the time of booking or well in advance of the GET AFTER IT programme that you are attending.
GET AFTER IT Ltd will send out a health screening form which must be completed and returned prior to the start of any fitness class or programme.

Once you have completed this form please send it to my email address, abbynash12@icloud.com. Once submitted this form will be valid for one year.
The following are examples but not an exhaustive list; heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, breathing difficulties, food allergies or intolerances, pregnancy, any recent and/or ongoing injuries, aches or pains. It is your responsibility to provide GET AFTER IT Ltd with suitable written Doctors permission to participate in a GET AFTER IT programme under these circumstances.
Medical and Insurance GET AFTER It Ltd’s Public Liability Insurance will meet claims resulting from accidental injury or damage to property if it is proved it was caused as a result of negligence on the part of the organisation or employee. Participants wishing to obtain cover for personal accident and third party liability are advised to contact an insurance company or broker.
Online Mindfulness & Meditation Classes Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions of participating in our online Mindfulness & Meditation classes &/or programmes
Professional and Ethical Practice GET AFTER IT Ltd is committed to upholding the highest possible standards of professional ethics and codes of practice in the interests of client care and confidentiality.
Mindfulness can be regarded as a very safe practice and there are hardly any occasions where it would be harmful for someone to undertake either informal mindfulness or formal mindfulness meditation. However, we do not undertake clinical mindfulness for anyone with a serious mental illness of a psychotic nature unless we are in receipt of a psychiatrist referral.
If you suffer from asthma, epilepsy or any breathing difficulties, please ensure you consider the implications of any slow, deep breathing, if in any doubt consult your GP. We engage in very little physical activity in our mindfulness work and any activity is of a gentle nature, please make us aware of any restrictions and if you are in any doubt you should check with your GP before participating in any physical activity, we advise clients to move or stretch only to the extent that is completely comfortable for you and to stop immediately if you are feeling any discomfort. No guarantee is given or implied and by continuing I agree to receive mindfulness meditation sessions at GET AFTER IT Ltd.
Mobile Phones and other electronic devices It is a condition of your booking that you agree to switch off your mobile phone or any other electronic device of which the sound or light could interrupt the proceedings of the GET AFTER IT programme.
General GET AFTER IT Ltd reserve the right to change the content and the running order of the GET AFTER IT programmes.
GET AFTER IT Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any GET AFTER IT programmes, classes or pop up events and if this were the case, a full refund would be offered.
GET AFTER IT Ltd will not be liable under any circumstances for any injury, losses or damage to a person(s) or their property when attending a GET AFTER IT programme, class and/or event, unless it is due solely to the negligence of GET AFTER IT Ltd.
Booking Terms & Conditions Bookings, Payment & Cancellations
For advanced bookings (28+ days prior to start date) a non-returnable deposit of 50% of the full amount payable is to be made at the time of the booking a; GET AFTER IT fitness, mindfulness & meditation programme; or GET AFTER IT mindfulness & meditation only programme; or GET AFTER IT outdoor/ beach fitness sessions; or GET AFTER IT pop-up events or mini retreats; in order to reserve your place(s).
The balance of the payment is to be made no later than 7 days prior to the date of the GET AFTER IT programme that has been booked.
A booking can be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance of a GET AFTER IT Online Fitness programme.
A booking can be cancelled no later than 7 days in advance of a GET AFTER IT GIRLS adventure/event.
Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of a GET AFTER IT class &/or programme will result in no refund being given.
No refund will be given for a ‘no-show’ or non-arrival on the day of any GET AFTER IT online or in-person classes.
Any programme booking made within 28 days of the date of the GET AFTER IT programme must be paid for in full at the time of the booking.
A GET AFTER IT programme booking is only transferable at the discretion of GET AFTER IT Ltd, and is not transferable within 24 hours of the commencement of the GET AFTER IT programme.
By continuing, I acknowledge that GET AFTER IT Ltd is the provider of activities covered by appropriate insurance, qualified instructor(s) and I have read and understood the content of this document.
12 hours before the event: 100% refund
If you wish to reschedule an order for a dated event and provided the applicable event is not due to take place within the next 12 hours, you can reschedule your session for another time for no extra cost.
I have completed the health questionnaire and answered all questions honestly - seeking written permission from a medical professional if required.

I understand that with any physical exercise there is a risk of injury which cannot be entirely eliminated and you take responsibility for risks, injuries or damage known or unknown which might occur as a result of the fitness classes or videos.
